NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Legislature, pursuant to its Constitutional authority, consistent with the justification stated above, hereby approves and authorizes the Department of Personnel through the Insurance Division to make the aforementioned requested changes to the Non-Tribal Health Care Plan;
