NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ho-Chunk Nation Legislature, pursuant to its Constitutional authority, endorses its support for the Department of Health to pursue an Memorandum of Agreement with the Indian Health Service to provide engineering and technical assistance for the construction of water and sewer improvements in the Wazee Subdivision;
