02.01.22E Authorization for the Domestic Abuse Division to Apply for the U.S. Dept. of Justice Office for Victims of Crime 2022 Tribal Victim Services Set Aside Formula Grant

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature, pursuant to its Constitutional authority, hereby authorizes the Domestic Abuse Division of the Ho-Chunk Nation Social Services Department to submit a Tribal Population Certification, pre-application and final application for the Fiscal Year 2022 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant with the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime;
