NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ho-Chunk Nation Legislature, pursuant to its Constitutional authority, hereby adopts amendments to the attached Residential Trust Lease format for use of all Ho-Chunk Nation Residential Trust Leases;
